I've seen techniques ranging from using your own energy fields to summoning Jesus, etc. I want to try some of it myself but have my doubts. Most of those kinds of things rely on the placebo effect, which can be extremely powerful. Very often, if someone really believes that what they're doing is helping, their bodies will show some improvement. I don't believe any of those things work, so the effect it has on me is completely nonexistent. For anything like that to truly function, just keep in mind that all parties involved really need to emotionally believe in its effectiveness, because it doesn't have any kind of actual physical effect. No accredited (read: real) school offers degrees in things that have been shown not to exist. You might as well just pay someone to teach you that in their living room because a 'degree' in it will be worth just as much.
